HCMD does not depend on any specific AI system.
It defines a conceptual discipline and a deterministic pipeline that can be implemented by any pair of engines capable of:

The Meaning Layer captures the human intention behind a system.
It is not written explicitly.
It is inferred, clarified, and stabilized through interaction.
Meaning defines what the system is for, not how it works.
Meaning is refined into STS through deterministic reasoning.
STS is the first explicit artifact in HCMD.
It defines what must be done, in complete detail, without describing how it is done.

PSC describes components, responsibilities, relationships, boundaries, invariants, and conceptual data/control surfaces.

HMD is the final specification of the system.
It is the artifact that survives language changes.
If a specification cannot survive a language change with its logic intact, it contains implementation mechanics that do not belong in STS or PSC.
