Implement MySQL as data store #4
Description
- migrate data to MySQL, update API to use it
- write a reproducible routine to easily import new data and recalculate Shadow Index values (daily)
- support additional providers of data (not just static biorxiv data dump)
Currently we use a Postgres database (biorxiv scraped dataset: https://zenodo.org/record/3382325)
