Define constructor ComplexEigenDecomposition(FieldMatrix<Complex> matrix)

Define a new constructor in ComplexEigenDecomposition for FieldMatrix<Complex> matrix.

A findEigenVectors(final FieldMatrix<Complex> matrix) already exists:

A findEigenValues(final FieldMatrix<Complex> matrix) method seems to be missing.

The ComplexEigenDecomposition is intended to work on real matrices only, as far as I understand.
Its findEigenVectors method is not public, it is protected and used only once, in the ComplexEigenDecomposition constructor, where it is called after findEigenValues(RealMatrix), and with a matrix converted from real to complex (see ComplexEigenDecomposition.java line 155).
I am not sure the decompositon algorithms implemented there are able to cope with general complex matrices as input.
