BUG FIX: last_seq should be lastSeq

Lines 471-491 in https://github.com/IBM/CodeEngine/blob/main/cloudant-change-listener/job/job.mjs should reflect the returned JSON which is "lastSeq" not "last_seq"

@reggeenr - I just diagnosed this and found the response data was ..... "result": { "lastSeq": ......

Thanks for pointing this out. We adjusted the implementation and verified that it is working as expected. See #328
