Pooling spreadsheet

• update naming. Resolved - changed 'World Bank tool' to 'Loss Simulator'
• chart formatting - dotted line removal, line colours
• remove- unnecessary calcs.
• Tool takes a long time to run, worth adding a note under the button (on run time) so users don’t think there is an issue: Resolved: added dynamic messaging below that button, stating what is being calculated at different points of the process.
• Overview tab is empty. To include key objectives/limitations/ownership (instructions tabs removed so this is needed) – a summary of the user guide or link to would be helpful. Resolved: added additional info and links to user guide.
