Shortage situation

• option1: we make the chip DNP and buy them at AliExpress hand hand-solder them (risk of getting fake chips)
• option2: we just wait (very long waiting time: 8,000Expected 9/13/2021, 6,750Expected 11/4/2021)
• option3: creating a new variant with a different regulator (https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Texas-Instruments/TPS63060DSCT/?qs=3jfYfyvUSwDkzbf98IOP5g%3D%3D)

We go with: option3!

Split the Boards

Split the schematics and layouts to:

1. Apollo Board (no ESP)
2. Artemis Board (no ESP)
3. ESP32-Shield

ESP-Board:

@Informaticore

• split the ESP-Board into extra repo

@Tobi3566
We will use the one from the Artemis. Only changes:

• add RGBW to the "cheap" ESP32-Board
• use Serial-USB Chip without external crystal
