Rename the package

While this package was initially based on the fasttext implementation, it has diverged from it to improve on the backend model.

Considering there has been no 1.0 version yet, a rename would be a good idea to reflect more the core of this package than the implementation.

All ideas welcome ! (one per comment, to allow voting)

Based on votes, we are going to rename to torchTextClassifiers.

The plan is :

• Create a new github repo torchTextClassifiers in inseefrlab org based on work in my fork (https://github.com/micedre/torch-fasttext)
• Publish a version (probably 0.1.0) on pypi in inseefrlab org
• Empty this project with an unique dependency on torchTextClassifiers package and what is needed to be as much as compatible with existing usage
• Publish a last version
• Archive this project (on github and pypi)

Took some time (sorry), but a new torchTextClassifiers project is available here : https://github.com/micedre/torchtextclassifiers

The package is meant to ease the definition of all sort of classifier (with one provided, based on the work exiting in torch-fasttext), some examples are available.

I'm interested in all kind of reviews before transferring ownership to inseeFrLab.
