Load tutorial to Github

Hi Jeff, 

I am currently following along your tutorial for the Phresh FastAPI app and I really like the content.
I just noticed that at some points the tutorial is already a bit outdated.

Therefore I was wondering if you could move the blog into a Github repository?
Then we could update the content via Pull Requests.
