-t cuts incorrectly applied in gen_omegapi when lower vertex particle is not a proton #280

Description

@amschertz

I used gen_omegapi to generate a small sample of MC, with the -t range 0.1-0.3, but the -t distribution (attached) doesn't match that range. My reaction's recoil particle is a Delta++ decaying to a proton and a pi+, so I'm guessing that the -t cuts are applied to a value that's calculated assuming a proton. If it helps, the only time that the -t cut values are used in gen_omegapi is when they're passed to GammaPToNPartP.
