Joomla! 3.9.10

This doesn't seem to do anything when I enable it on Joomla! 3.9.10 ... Is it no longer a usable plugin?

I can confirm Lodder's update is working properly in 3.83, 3.8.6 and 3.9.10. Please try and confirm @alexmarketaccess
