GitLab Code Reviewer not working

I'm using GitLab Code Reviewer with our self-hosted GitLab. It stopped working.
Every glab command fails with error The user rejected permission to use this specific tool call.

If I open the code reviewer session I see this:

I noticed that glab is not present in CODE_REVIEW_ALLOWED_COMMANDS while gh it is, maybe that's the problem.

CODE_REVIEW_ALLOWED_COMMANDS is in the file services/cloud-agent/src/workspace.ts.
