Following the instructions for jailbreaking a K4S, I had the 'Can't open KUAL, item not signed by an authorised developer.' issue, which I solved per this Reddit thread:
- (Jailbreak: enter diagnostics,
D) enter R) enter Q) left, wait ~20s (this wait could be made more clear))
- Disable WiFi & install MKK
- Install MKK keystore update
- KUAL opens correctly.
I also used the similar instructions for a K3W to much success. The docs should probably be updated to show these additional steps. (Is this post-jailbreak pre-installing-kual-mrpi?)
