The git submodule under "mapleir" is pointing to a repo which is private or missing, and the commit asked for isn't present in the LLVM-but-worse organisation's fork of mapleir

Hey, glad to see interest in my project. I've been procrastinating on open sourcing that component, just use the pre-built binary for now. I always provide build for the latest version. I will open source it when I have some free time
