feat: Allow moving a GUI View from one Container  GUI to another

At the moment, we can assign a GUI Container to a GUI View only before the View starts. We should also allow assigning a Container GUI while the GUI View is running. Furthermore, we should devise a smart way to remove an assignment and make a new one while the View is running
