"You need to be an administrator" is always displayed

I am an administrator, the installation worked, but I cannot uninstall, because "You need to be an administrator".

Great.

Can't install other versions either, because "You need to be an administrator".

I can install everything I want, exe or msi.

I even tried to disable UAC.
