[Bug; Quest]: Beat saber 1.40.12 doesn't even try to do anything

All of the following criteria must be met

• All Requirements must be installed.

• I have searched the GitHub issues for my bug, even in the closed issues.

All of the following are optional to answer

• Tried reinstalling the Game.
• Tried reinstalling MelonLoader.
• Tried restarting PC.
• Was able to see the Start Screen.

Describe the issue.

The weirdest issue is happening with specificly Beat saber version 1.40.12 on the Quest where after patching the game successfully, it just fails to launch. it builds part of the .dlls but anything after that does nothing.

I would attach the log file, but the log file is empty.

So far my solution was to downgrade to 1.40.8 where the same issue is happening in #53
