Can't Activate 2nd spec in 20th Anniversary

Just will not let you activate your alternate spec. I disabled all my addons and it still fails to let me click Activate.

Here is a macro to work around this issue

/run C_SpecializationInfo.SetActiveSpecGroup(3 - C_SpecializationInfo.GetActiveSpecGroup())
