Support MyPlexUser

Would be nice to support loading up the user from myplex: https://python-plexapi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/modules/myplex.html#plexapi.myplex.MyPlexUser

This way we could load servers automatically.

The code in this repo is auto-generated from the API Specification here

I have a couple of plex.tv endpoints that I am looking to add to this spec, but I would love assistance documenting this endpoint if you would like to help!

Based on a cursory glance, it looks like this endpoint is a POST call to https://plex.tv/api/users/ with at least an email property in the JSON body, assuming you are already authenticated.

I'm happy to help if you want to take a crack at adding this endpoint!
