Dear ARCHS4 team,
First, many thanks for the great resource.
I have noticed that in mouse_gene_v2.latest.h5 file all letters of mouse gene names are capitalized. I couldn't find explanation for this quirk anywhere so I wonder if you have simply automatically capitalized all mouse gene symbols or you've mapped mouse gene symbols to human orthologs?
Generally, capitalisation of mouse gene symbols is confusing and creates certain difficulties for the downstream analysis. I think it would be better to have conventional mouse gene symbols instead.
Regards
