Can't update to 1.0.857

It prompts me to update to 1.0.857 under Help>Check for Updates and the command window shows this before crashing. Running as Administrator and PC Restart does not resolve the issue.

I'd avoid the updater. The latest is always this which is what the updater tries to download.
