generated Library file is broken (missing typehints)

I tried to generate a keyword library for the Checkmk REST API (YAML attached).
The library is broken / cannot be used because some of the functions are missing typehints:

As also discussed on Slack, there's some errors in the yaml when it comes to type definitions; they must be quoted per the OAS.

Now with that fixed, the above issue still occurs due to #103
A workaround for this is could be changing the spec:

oneOf:
- type: "string"
- type: "null"

instead of the current

type:
- "string"
- "null"

Perhaps type-specific properties (like format or pattern) should also be moved into the oneOf item, I haven'd had time to check at that detail level yet.
