Updating the RDM Instructions

Add a README file each time you upload data to explain what it is and where it came from

Following a discussion with @IsaakBM we also need to add a bit more of a how-to regarding what data should go where in the RDM

QUES:
"I'm putting every "raw" data (climate models, aquamaps, shapefiles) in DATA but where should I put the outputs of my personal analyses?"

RESPONSE:
"Create a folder within WORK for your analyses, code etc.
If it is general analysis that you think others might use, I would use a name such as AquaMapsAnalysis (or whatever it is) so others can easily find it.

But if it really is your private workings and no one will use it, I would suggest creating a nested folder similar to /WORK/BritaMorales/Project1
where Project1 is the name of this particular dataset."
