Changing the Feeding Functional Response

The functional response is not explicitly coded in ZooMSS. You can start here in the setup function:

The follow sp_dynam_predkernel through to fZooMSS_Run.R

It would be great if we can explicitly define the various feeding responses in ZooMSS and then create a switch in fZooMSS_Params.R to turn on/off different functional responses.

@ryanheneghan suggests you set up a simple model run with only 1 or 2 zooplankton groups so the results are easier to interpret. To do this you can edit the TestGroups.csv file.
