Gradle Configuration Caching support

Consider supporting gradle configuration caching. https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/configuration_cache_enabling.html

Currently fails with

Execution failed for task ':player:cleanDebugRustJniLibs'.
> Invocation of 'Task.project' by task ':player:cleanDebugRustJniLibs' at execution time is unsupported with the configuration cache.

I'll need to check what actually failes, never used configuration cache before. From a quick glange it looks like taks failes because it tries to access a project instance.
