Use Visual Studio Code instead of full Visual Studio 20xx for Web Development

Former Microsoft Fan (Asp.net Forms, Silverlight...) now moved to Modern Web Platform (Html, Css, Js)
main focus on Javascript on the client and javascript on the sever.

I think as this is updated to ASP.NET 5 it should be more flexible in the sense that we should show Visual Studio Code too.

I't s not unreasonable to expect more Windows users than Mac/Linux users for this kind of thing, so showing it on Mac/Linux goes a bit too far if you ask me.

Also, showing the content on multiple platforms makes things quite a bit harder on the trainer and the people attending the webcamp.

Added some Visual Studio Code in demos for this release, will be including more in the future. Keeping this open to track.

Visual Studio Code and Typescript (may in the future Edge too) are positive signs on behave of microsoft towards the Web Community!
