Visual Studio Web Tools demo and lab currently don't work with ASP.NET 5 RC1

ASP.NET 5 RC1 tooling doesn't support Browser Link. It's being added for release, but isn't available yet.

Added note indicating that the labs can be completed using File / New ASP.NET MVC 5 for now. This issue is open to track and ensure we remove the note from the demo and HOL readme.md when it is fixed.

Browser Link is pretty well know now by web developers now. I would recommend adding in more about the Bootstrap extensions "Bootstrap Snippet Pack" and leveraging the HTML or BootStrap snippets inside VS2015. Maybe include Visual Studio Code introduction and Yeoman HOLs. We did abit of an introduction at the Toronto Let's Dev This event.
