Refactor HelpActivity layout and add question icon

This commit introduces the following changes:

- Adds a question icon to the FAQ items in `item_help_faq.xml`.
- Adjusts margins and shape appearances in `activity_help.xml` for better visual consistency.
- Modifies the card corner radius in `ad_help.xml`.
