Support SDK-style project types

Target: support base operations for work with all actual project/solutions version

• read solution and projects
• change projects: add/delete/move/rename project items (include folders)
• create new items from templates (by current SD mechanism)
• change solutions (possible not need any effort)
• start building any type of project from SD

Out of scope:

• support for new Properties in UI (e.g. NuGet packing, Multitargeting, ...
• support NuGet and PackegeReferences

Tasks:

• Migrate to latest MSBuild from NuGet
• Read only support. Open projects/solutions files all actual versions without additional
• Change project items.
