[Editor] No way to create new actors

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the editor
2. Try to create a new actor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- You should be able to create actors from the editor

The work around is to create a new actor through XML.  Once you have a new 
actor, you can edit it in the editor.
