[Editor] There's no way to create or open new projects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the editor
2. Attempt to open a project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The editor should have knowledge of different projects.  Right now, it's 
hard-coded to Teapot Wars.
