[Suggestion]: Add Copper Saw and more material variants of the Saw

I would like to suggest adding more Saw variants to ProjectRed Exploration (Minecraft 1.21.1), starting with a Copper Saw.

Currently, the Saw is required to cut Silicon Boules into usable Silicon. At the moment, only the Diamond Saw works for this process. This makes early-game progression a bit restrictive.

Proposed improvement:

• Add a Copper Saw (and potentially Aluminum, Bronze, etc. variants).
• Allow all Saw variants to be used for cutting Silicon Boules.

Additional context:
In my custom modpack I temporarily solved this by editing the recipe JSON to use a tag instead of a specific item (tag: "cb_microblock:tools/saw").
A Copper Saw would provide a more natural early-game tool progression, before reaching Diamond.

Putting silicon boules behind diamond saws is an intentional progression limiter, especially since that is basically all that is stopping you from building a frame miner which gets you near limitless resources for very cheap/free. It has been that way since back in RedPower.

However, I am open to adding a copper saw if "copper" is actually its own mining tier in Vanilla now (i.e. there is a Copper pickaxe, etc). I'll take a look at how those tiers work and add it accordingly.
