Add OPeNDAP checks for granules

Check: Check to see if OPeNDAP links are provided in the URL granule fields.
Fields: OnlineResources/OnlineResource/URL (echo-g) and RelatedURLs/URL (umm-g)

Describe the checks in steps

1. Check to see if "opendap" is present in the URL fields above
2. If not, check fails
3. Output message: Recommend providing an OPeNDAP link for this granule

Describe the bug (Update): Testing the code changes as per fix #305 has revealed additional findings for the echo-c and umm-c schemas. In the Granule/OnlineResources/OnlineResource/URL, the error for OPeNDAP is not reported for the following granules, but URL checks are performed. There is also an additional PyQuARC error for 'online_access_description_uniqueness_check' that is triggered whenever more than one URL is retrieved from the DAAC.

Describe the bug (Testing): Testing the code changes as per fix PR #305 for umm-g schema in the RelatedUrls/URL. Some valid URL links are incorrectly flagged as an error, and additional flags for RelatedUrls/Description and RelatedUrls/MimeType are provided. Additionally, a PyQuARC bug for uniqueness 'url_description_uniqueness_check' is triggered due to multiple URL links, and this has to be fixed.
