Vouch request: [AbelTomato]

[AbelTomato]

What do you want to work on?

I want to fix #4401

Why this change?

I noticed this project in trending last month, and interested in it. I want to learn more about the sandbox technology in agent runtime, actually I've applied its gateway service in my project Tomato-Agent. And I want to make more contribution to this project to make it better.
