New clean install of Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, new clean install of stack 2.11.0. Building conda enviornment fails with "PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:" error.
Channels are all being added and able to install each package individually, but environment won't build either using the script or from the YAML.
