Describe the problems in the documentation

NICo docs should add details about the network cleanup, during sanitization (between tenancy)

1. Removing prior tenant network configuration from the DPU/host path
2. Detaching the host from the tenant overlay/VPC
3. Reverting the host to the admin or isolated network state
4. Reconfiguring DHCP behavior on the DPU for the new lifecycle phase
5. Withdrawing old routes / BGP-related configuration
6. Ensuring unknown or released hosts cannot keep using network resources
7. Preventing cross-tenant leakage of IPs, connectivity, or metadata
