Implement the regexp search syntax in System Logs page

By now the System Logs page can filter log lines by substring only.

Proposed solution

• Implement a switch to enable Regexp match syntax. Figma mockup
• Backend -- add an additional parameter to enable LogQL regexp syntax in match expression:

Alternative solutions

No alternative, the feature is already planned and has an UI design mockup.
