The password change page should display the password age and expiration status for all users. Under normal conditions, this information should be presented as informational content. When the password is approaching expiration, a warning should be displayed. If the password has expired, the page should clearly indicate that an immediate password change is required.

For administrator accounts, the default post-login landing page should be the user list instead of the password change page. The password change page should only be shown automatically when the administrator's password has expired. This reduces confusion and prevents the impression that a password change is required before accessing administrative functions, while still ensuring timely password updates when necessary.
