Add leaderboard

Discussing a system benchmark leaderboard in NeuroBench/neurobench#255, @jasonlyik recommended opening an issue in this repo to get more details.

I'm interested in running the system benchmarks on an Akida and possibly other chips / platforms, and was wanting to take a look at any details available from other systems. I have reviewed the benchmark results for the systems tested in the neurobench article, but wanted to get a better sense of how other systems have been tested.

For the system results, the most detail can be found in their respective articles for the system benchmarks:

For the QUBO task, this article has benchmark results on SpiNNaker2:

I generated the Arduino results for the ASC task with Edge Impulse (https://arxiv.org/abs/2212.03332), they have tons of support for microcontroller backends and industry-standard libraries, so I think it's a great tool for getting CPU baseline results.

Thanks, @jasonlyik, these links are super helpful. Unfortunately, it looks like Edge Impulse has discontinued support for Akida chips, so we might have to go another route for that. But the details from the articles you linked to should be helpful, and I may try running your ASC model on a few different devices to gain familiarity with Edge Impulse.

Generally speaking, is this repo the best place to ping you if we come up with additional questions down the road? Or are you present on something like the Open Neuromorphic discord?
