NTR: idiopathic clinical finding

In some cases, a finding is made that the cause of disease or disorder cannot be determined. E.g., In ICD 10 see M10.0.

We should have a "idiopathic clinical finding" term to represent such determinations.

Thinking in terms of the process that outputs this finding, would every instance of that process take a diagnosis or some disease representation as input or would those be the outputs of the process? If it's the former, a good starting point for a definition might be "A clinical finding that is the output of a diagnostic process where the cause of the disease is determined to be unknown."
