Just sign in with your ONS email. It looks like it might be useful for PowerBI, SQL and Agile stuff but not much else because it focusses on Microsoft products.
If we could get three volunteers, one for each of the skills listed above to spend ~20 minutes over the next fortnight to look to see if the courses listed on Microsoft learning are at all useful for us. I think there might be a lot of irrelevant sequel stuff e.g. instead of courses actually teaching SQL there will be courses on how to set up a SQL server on Azure specifically and how to get that to integrate with other Azure tech.
