Missing SHA1 Hash with Get-OSDCloudOperatingSystems

Deployment fails if i have CheckSHA1 set to $true in $Global:MyOSDCloud variables as every 25H2 image has blank SHA1 hash. (see attached file).

Same issue here. Both with online and offline images. I think, it's because of this change (which should be a fix):

With other words: SHA1 check didn't work before.

Set CheckSHA1 = [bool]$false in our variables file and everything works fine again.

Anyone know if this variable defaults to false if it's not set?

In my PR #343, I’m introducing fallback logic so that SHA256 validation is used when SHA1 is missing, and I’m also updating the catalog files to include SHA256 fields.
This should allow ESD validation to work even when the catalog only provides a SHA256 hash.
