There's no 2023.3 branch

There's no 2023.3 branch.
Master is updated to v17.0.2, but it throws some /Lighting/... compiler errors when I import it.

Is this work in progress or I'm doing something wrong? I'm using Unity 6 Preview v12, if that helps.
