Caption Font is overrided by system theme

Describe the bug

I can not change the caption font by Caption_font in .skin file, but I can change font color. The font is overrided by Stardock WindowBlinds.

To reproduce

in .skin writes for example Caption_font="Microsoft Sans Serif",bold,-32
If I use "default theme" in WindowBlinds which is not applying any theme, the Open Shell Start Menu caption font is working.
If I use my custom theme which has some settings in fonts, the caption font is overrided by theme.
Even though "Do not apply any style system wide fonts" in WindowBlinds is checked, even though Startmenu.exe is excluded in WindowBlinds.
