Applications missing on Flathub install

I installed through Bazaar in Bazzite and the only options present are Help and OpenDeck

Hi,
This mostly happens due to the nature of Flatpaks.
I think if you give the right permissions on the needed paths, it could work. But thats not recommended from Flatpak side. There isn't much of an workaround tho.

Yeah I couldn't find any permissions in Flatseal that seemed to fix this either. I ended up just running a command from a button press to launch another Flatpak.
flatpak run name.of.application
