Support for Waveshare Universal e-Paper Raw Panel Driver Board (ESP32-WROOM-32E)

As there is already support for "Waveshare ESP32-S3-PhotoPainter" it would be great to support also the Waveshare Universal e-Paper Raw Panel Driver Board ESP32:

The board has an ESP32-WROOM-32E chip on it, which is no yet in the list of ic_type in the "full mode".

I have fixed the ESP32 build and will push it next week. This will bring support for this driver board
