ASUS is a brand and not a manufacturer. This should be an update of the previous entry and not a duplicate.

It's a graphics card with both ASUS and Nvidia brands on the package. For this particular card, the package has a label "Made in Vietnam". The wikipedia page on ASUSTek also describes ASUS as a electronics manufacturer.

tested new install openindiana 2026.04 install from ISO image OpenIndiana 2026 with ASUS 2026 bios , AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6 core processor, graphics 1920x1200 and 1280x1024 monitors HDMI attached (system installs UEFI but panics for X11/Mate, the system runs now under Legacy OPROM BIOS enabled)
