Steps to reproduce
On fresh install, 0.0.13, go to open project, fails:
Stuck unable to open folder with error above:
Expected behavior
Would open project folder, folder I'm testing on is just a /test folder with no contents (fails on others, but eliminating issues that could cause it)

Blocks work completely
