Launch Gate — OpenSIN-Code CLI v1

Role (from CANONICAL-REPOS § OpenSIN-Code)

OpenSIN-Code is the TypeScript fork of opencode, the installable CLI that end-users get via curl | sh. Single shipping surface for the OSS experience. Currently 366 MB, active.

V1 launch gate

• Install flow works on macOS, Linux, and Windows (WSL) from the hero CTA on opensin.ai
• opensin --help lists all V1 commands, no broken/"coming soon" entries
• Commands are documented in OpenSIN-documentation (auto-generated or hand-written — pick one per command)
• Error messages name the right repo/URL for support (not internal paths)
• Zero references to archived repos (Delqhi/*, Core-SIN-Control-Plane after CP1 completes, etc.)
• R1 decision resolved — opensin-ai-cli merge-vs-split decided and executed. R1 is the single biggest unknown gating this repo for V1.
• Telemetry opt-in flow is explicit, documented, and respects DO_NOT_TRACK
