Classification: Feature Request / Documentation Task

This issue is well-scoped and appropriate as a final documentation task for the RHI Vulkan refactoring effort tracked in docs/refactoring/REFACTORING_PLAN.md.

Existing Documentation:

• docs/refactoring/REFACTORING_PLAN.md — Contains the overall plan, subsystem architecture diagram, migration guide with before/after examples, and testing strategy
• CONTRIBUTING.md — Build/test commands and project overview
• PR1_DEVICE_SWAPCHAIN.md, PR2_MANAGER_MIGRATION.md — PR-specific extraction docs

Suggested Documentation Gaps for Phase 5 Task 3:

1. Final ownership boundary doc — The subsystem architecture diagram in REFACTORING_PLAN.md:129-168 shows the target state; verify it reflects the actual post-PR5 implementation
2. Migration notes consolidation — The existing migration guide covers PR1-PR3 patterns; PR4/PR5 migration paths for UI rendering and final coordinator refactor should be added if not already covered
3. Verification commands — The REFACTORING_PLAN.md:172-178 Testing Strategy section already documents verification steps (zig build test, test-integration), but these could be replicated in a PR5-specific doc for quick reference

Recommendation: This is ready to implement. The scope is focused on documentation only—no code changes. A contributor can create docs/refactoring/PR5_COORDINATOR_FINAL.md (or update REFACTORING_PLAN.md) to consolidate final ownership boundaries and mark Phase 5 complete.
