BUG: Changing `outCRS` to 6318 did not change the elevation to ellipsoidal.

In the notebook 07_3DEP_Generate_Colorized_PointClouds.ipynb, Changing the outCRS did not change the elevation values in the resulting laz to be ellipsoidal.
The test polygon in AOI_GCS was:

Hi,
In this case, in addition to specifying the target crs, we would need to provide the source crs as a compound CRS of EPSG:3857 (horizontal) and NAVD88 (Vertical). We have defined this WKT file which has this compound CRS definition.
